SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Depending on where you want your products delivered, Naarangi’s shipping and handling fees for online purchases vary
  • Customers in India are eligible for free shipping
  • Customers outside of India are responsible for paying all applicable customs, taxes, and international shipping fees
  • Handling or convenience fees may also be assessed
  • International Delivery charges are applicable at 3500 INR over the order value and can be subjected to an increase if 2 or more styles are purchased due to an increase in order weight.


TIMELINES

● All items will be shipped in 7 working days.

● Within 48 hours of the items being sent, we will provide you with an update on the tracking information. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries will occur between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.

DELIVERY

● Items will be delivered to the address you gave the website when you registered. Before you confirm the order, kindly double-check the shipping address to prevent improper delivery.

● In the case of service outages or failures brought on by circumstances beyond Naarangi’s control, delivery dates are not guaranteed. These hiccups can be caused by the transportation system, problems with customs clearance, problems with the shipping company, or bank delays involving the purchaser's payment method.

Returns/Replacements

Returns/Replacements are acceptable under these specifications:

  • The item delivered to you was incorrect
  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The item has manufacturing defect
  • You want to exchange size


If any of these specifications apply to you, please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you want, we will replace the item for you with no extra cost. No returns or replacements will be entertained after the order has been processed EXCEPT of said given conditions. Once a return/exchange ticket is raised, kindly ship the package securely and share the proof/tracking details with us within 5 days.
