Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies i.e delhivery. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. In most cases orders are dispatched within 24 working hours or as per the delivery dispatch date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to the courier company norms. Naarangi is not in any way liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. If the order needs customization then additional 1-5 days are needed.

Free shipping to any address in India (Only for retail clients)

Naarangi provides Free Delivery to its retail customers i.e. customers who have purchased their products for personal use and at retail prices from them.
For our international customers, we have Free Delivery for retail orders of $100(American)and above.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture prevails. Also on festivals courier companies have holidays. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
Please note that there are no shipments made from us on Sundays and public holidays.
Naarangi shall not give any refund, returns, replacement and exchange for reason/s of delay caused on part of the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, Naarangi could agree to provide order credit which may be used for future orders.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple products?

The shipping charge is based on the quantity of the products i.e Flat shipping charges are applied worldwide. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.

Address change requests

Once an address is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated immediately of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@naarangi.in. If the order is not dispatched, then we can possibly accomodate the change but once the order is dispatched, then no alteration could possibly be made.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees charged by their country.

Billing Address and Shipping Address?

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive the shipment. Delivery will be made to the Shipping address only.

Can my billing and Shipping address be different?

Ofcourse, it can be be different. Thus you may place the order from one part of Globe and get it delivered in other part althogether. This becomes really handy when you want to send gifts to your love one’s.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your package is shipped, we shall mail you the tracking details of the shipment via email. It may take about 24 hours for the shipment status to get updated. You can use the shipment tracking number on our courier partner’s website.

Does my shipment hold any risk while transit?

The customer will bear no cost to damage while transit of the shipment. But if the package is damaged, stolen or lost after it has been delivered at the address specified by the customer, then info@naarangi.in doesn’t not hold any responsibility for the same.


The time slots mentioned in the shipment category are excluding the time required for delivery. Only the time required for dispatching the product from our ware house is mentioned. At Naarangi, we try our level best to deliver the product as soon as possible to our esteemed customer. So we would try to deliver you the products in lesser time than that mentioned in the shipment category. Courier delivery could be late under certain circumstances.
